The open-source core is licensed under MIT. Enterprise licences are governed by the separate agreement supplied with the licence, which grants full source access and a perpetual right to the version purchased.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, liability arising from use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
